  12. Had your pizza last night – all things very yummy (crust, sauce, etc) , but could use a little more weight on the toppings. More cheese, more sauce!

I’m thrilled about the all-organic idea! You guys have a great thing going – looking forward to more dinners to come!

  13. I attended your pizza tasting last night at the lake. I think your pizza is fantastic!! I’m very impressed from dough to toppings. Ice cream was wonderful also. Good luck, you gotta good thing goin!!

  14. kickin’ chicken – barbecue chicken, red onions and cilantro

trippy – portobello and all schroom pie

brown sugar – desert pie with brown sugar, cinnamon and ricotta cheese

    that’s all…

  15. Fabulous! You should definitely find a way to get rollin’ in Durham, NC! Seems like the large network of CSA farms in the area could easily supply the ingredients (?) There’s a truck that rolls around called “only burger” that is very successful (especially in Research Triangle Park and on Duke campus). I can only imagine fresh, local, organic, pizza would be just as much, if not more, of a hit!
